Looking to transfer for UW Madison

I will be applying as a junior for Fall 2018. I wanna get into the business college.
School: Stony Brook University
Major: Business concentrating in Finance
GPA: 3.78
High School GPA: 3.9ish
Ethnic: Caucasian (international student from Turkey)
Clubs or Organizations: I am currently a member of 3 organizations. One of them is an honor society.
Internships: I will do one in summer. (JP Morgan), have done some in previous summer.
Letter of Recommendations: I’ll get from The Dean and my business prof.
SAT or ACT: I have no time to study for the exams.
TOEFL or IELTS: I am exempt from this.
Course Requirements: Couldn’t find anything.

In order to be eligible to apply to the WSB you must have earned less than 86 credits by the end of the semester in which you apply. So the earliest you would be eligble to apply would be Spring 19, for admission to the WSB fall 20. You need to do the math on how many earned credits you have now, and how many you would earn during your first year at UW. The only transfer students eligible to be directly admitted to the WSB are those transferring from another UW system school, or two year college in Wisconsin.
