My Questions are:
Am i on the right track?
Will not having a JROTC program in my area hurt?
Could not having a competative area in this field help?
Is there anything else I can do?
If you can answer one, or all, every response means a lot to me thank you! If you have any questions feel free to ask!

Yes

No
3/4. No, because you seem to have considerable athletic and leadership positions. Try and make contact with a congressperson, they can really help when it comes to service academies.

Oh sorry, I meant I don’t live in a competative area for service academies. Thank you for your response!

As someone who served in the AF (chose ROTC at a top 10 school rather than a service academy), I’d say you have a very strong leadership profile for getting into a service academy. Just keep your grades up and perform well on the SATs.

Also, each congressperson usually has a point of contact on their staff who handles nominations for service academies. Try to get in touch with the congressperson’s office to make contact with that person ASAP.

Dude - you are so on the right track. Keep on kickin’ butt and takin’ names. Ensure that you get set up with a Congressman or Senator. Best of luck!

Any health issues? Any asthma? Stay very healthy so that they have no reason to disqualify you based on health issues. Stay on top of the application process. You have to start a lot earlier than typical college applications, and applying is a lot more involved for service academies. You look like you’re on the right track so far! What do you want to study? The AFA is big on engineering/sciences fields.

My intrests are law, and economics, but after research I found you also get a degree of engineering from the academy. So I am totally clueless at this point…

Health Issues are slim to none other than the usual aches and pains from participating in athletics I should be good. No asthma.
