Low GPA, higher SAT/ACT?

So I’m a junior and by the end of this year my unweighted gpa will be a 3.25, weighted around a 4.1 (by the end of my senior year I think I will have around a 3.45 unweighted). My first SAT score was a 1900, and I’m taking it again next month. My ACT was a 32.
Now I’ve always taken honors/AP classes for all my main courses or whatever. Freshman year I did okay in school, I just checked my transcript and I got 4 A’s and 4 B’s, however two of the B’s were in electives. Sophomore year things went poorly. First semester wasn’t terrible, with a B in Honors English and a C in Honors Algebra 2. But second semester I had two honors classes plus my first AP plus I was in the school musical. I ended up with a B in my AP but D’s in my honors classes, one of which I’m currently retaking and have an A in. This has brought my GPA down a lot. Now in junior year, I took 4 APs plus retook Honors Precalc. I’m ending up with a B in 3 APs, and an A in Precalc and my other AP.
I guess I should also add that I’m on a competitive dance team and have been since elementary school. During the school week we have 10 hours of practice, which is obviously a big commitment and has probably contributed to my lower grades. I was also on my school’s dance team.
Do you think schools will notice that there is an upward trend in my grades from sophomore year, especially if I keep growing my senior year? Do I have a chance to go a good university? Also, what else can I do to add to my college applications to make me a stronger candidate and outweigh the lower GPA?
