Lowest acceptable SAT score

Has anyone gotten into Binghamton with an SAT score in the 1600's? GPA is in the 90's but SAT a little low.

Just to clarify the 1600’s is all three parts together, not just two.

You would need to be unbelievable in all the other aspects in order to get in.

GPA would probably need to be a 4.0
Essay would have to be fantastic
you would need lots of AP classes
you would need some extra curricular activities.

Not impossible… My son did it with that SAT score but depending on what others have that have applied you really cant tell. My son ended up on the waitlist and an offer for the spring before eventually getting in for the fall 2013 semester.

Difficult, yes.
Impossible, no

I got into Harpur College with 1660.
But I am international with many other qualifications.

I got into Harpur with a 1730 SAT, so I’m sure that something a little lower is possible. However, I was denied from the School of Management. My GPA was low too, a 3.4, and I still got into Harpur so with your high GPA you should be fine! Best wishes!
