What is the successful transfer rate from LSA honors into the ross school of business after freshman year ?

I think about 46% of all applicants to Ross (excluding pref admit) are accepted. I don't know how many are specifically from LSA.

Almost all the kids I know from Honors got into the business school. I can name one Honors student who was rejected.

how bout engineering? I heard kids from engineering typically have comparable or even better stats than kids in honors becoz of the self-selectivity of the engineering pool?

Not necessarily. Because of the rigor of engineering compared to the LSA, engineering freshmen probably have lower average GPAs than LSA freshmen. The only types of LSA freshmen that have comparable schedules to those of engineers are pre-med. Also, note that Honors courses are known for grade inflation.

but dont they take that into account? i mean the grade deflation of engineering?

They do take courseload into account. In fact, by coming from engineering, you'll most likely set yourself apart from the crowd. If you talk about it in the essays, that should be fine.

My friend RP said it's 90% from Honors who get accepted.
