Mailing Labels & Other Specific Requirements for LORs

So I know that Stanford needs mailing labels, and I just recently found out that Harvard has mailing labels as well (they say they won't penalize you for it, but it'll definitely be better if you have them!)

Are there any other colleges that have any other requirements such as mailing labels or envelope sizes or writing down IDs and such?

For example, Wesleyan wants you to put your WesID and your name, while Cornell wants your name and birthdate, and USC your USC ID or barcode. (This is teacher recommendation specific).

I'm more concerned about the following colleges:

Yale University

Stanford University

Harvard College

Princeton University

University of Pennsylvania

Columbia University

University of Virginia

University of Chicago

Dartmouth College

Rice University

Brown University

Cornell University

Northwestern University

University of Southern California

Georgetown University

-->DOES GEORGETOWN NEED ANY IDENTIFICATION ON THE LOR? I checked the whole site and there is no indication, but you do need to get a Georgetown ID before finishing anything else.

Williams College

Amherst College

Wesleyan University

Pomona College

Swarthmore College

Emory University

What do you mean they need mailing labels? And do you put the ID/barcode on the actual envelope?

Yale wants you to mark RD/SCEA on the envelope for faster processing...

Yale almost WANTS you to do it online. They say that in the 2007-8 cycle 80% did the application through the Common App website.

For letters of recommendation? I'm not able to submit those online (because of my school)...

...bump...
