Major Change in UC Berkeley?

<p>I've got admitted to UCB in college of engineering. I applied bioengineering as my major; however, the admission letter didn't mention anything about bioengineering major. It simply says that I've been admitted to College of Engineering Spring 2012.</p>

<p>So I wonder does UCB let students choose their major again in junior year, regarless which major you've applied in your application?</p>

<p>or, is it easy go change from bioengineering to Electrical Engineering?</p>
