<p>I understand how frustrated you are, but you really can’t appeal for things like this because you didn’t meet the qualifications in the first place. It was your responsibility to check all the requirements before you applied. Basically, they will not accept you based on your appeal that you “accidentally” counted a non-transferable class as part of the 60 units.</p>
<p>Well, as a weird matter of fact, not ALL UCs denied me. It was most likely a fluke, but UCSC decided to accept me sans-credits. My decision, then, was to accept my mistake and go to UCSC, (which is a lovely school, I’m sure, but a horrible fit for me) or wait a year. I did not appeal, to be fair, but I’m with everyone else: I didn’t (and don’t) imagine it helping.</p>
