Is anyone taking any classes that are pre-reqs for the major in their 4th semester, or whatever semester anyone is on, but during the semester in which applications are reviewed? There are classes that simply were not offered earlier semesters at my community college or did not coincide with my work schedule. Will the schools admit you under the condition you earn a certain grade in that class? Also, do TAG students hear back before non-TAG transfers?

They require a certain GPA with no grade less than a B in major pre-reqs, IF IM NOT MISTAKEN.

yeah if you are taking a class that is for your major during the semester ur application is being reviewed you usually need to have at least a B in those classes…this is mostly for schools like ucla and berkeley. i dunno about san diego, irvine, or sb.

i finished igetc and my pre reqs in fall, im just taking classes now to boost up my units.

cool. thanks guys, that was pretty much the assumption I was under but just wanted some reassurance.

I am taking a speech class this semester for UC Davis. The class was offered beforehand but I just couldn’t fit it into my schedule then. I think Davis wants an A, B, or C but nothing specific. As long as its done and completed…
