Major Prereqs Problem

I have a couple of questions...

Since I only have a GED and a 10th grade education, I spent my fresh and s'more years taking random gen ed courses in the hopes figuring out what I wanted to do. I'm approaching 65 credits so I have to transfer next year. I've taken everything from writing, to history, to psychology, to math, to German, to comparative lit.

Now I realize I want to be pre-med, but have only taken one biology course (my major). How much is this going to hurt me? I'm a bit behind on chem (chem 1 next semester) and physics. I'm purposely applying to schools that don't have major prereqs but would it still hurt me?

Also, my other 3 courses next semester are required to graduate with an AGS. That leaves space for either Calc 1 or Cell Biology. If I take cell bio, it won't transfer well to one of my match schools, while Calc 1 would... and I'm afraid I'd forget precalc stuff. On the other hand, I want to know if taking cell biology would help my chances for transfer since I only have one major-related course. (though, i'll probably have to take both for a bio major)

tl;dr
How much is getting an AGS going to hurt me?
Should I take calc or bio?
or should I skip getting my associates and do more prereqs instead?
