When applying for colleges and lets say i put my major down in Math. Do the admissions officers look more into my math grades than lets say my english grades when applying? I know they take the whole GPA into discussion but if i did very well in all my math courses in high school, AP maths, and sat 2 subjects would that be a benefit? and why not throw a recommendation from my math teacher lol

I don’t think there’s a lot of data/information about this. It probably makes your application come together a little more nicely if your intended majors makes sense with your skills, grades, recs, etc.

If you’re applying to a specific program based on the major, then yes, it definitely makes a difference, like a business program or engineering school within the university. If all the majors you’re considering are in the same general school, it probably doesn’t make much of a difference-- but again, it could help your application come together and resonate with the readers.
