Making changes to schedule

<p>Okay so I recently found out that I did not get the AP credit that I thought I was so now I have to drop a class on my schedule because I am no longer eligible to take it and go back and retake the one a level below it. I know the holds on the schedules are not supposed to be released until the Friday before school starts, but I am going to try and ask anyway. Does anyone know who I would contact that has the authority to release the hold on my account so I can fix my schedule???</p>

<p>Also I e-mailed one of my biology professors earlier and he told me he wished he could but that he did not have the access to release the hold.</p>
