Manual Telebears

I know if it is an automatic waitlist, a good estimation is 5% of the class size.
But, how do you find out how likely you are going to get into a class if it is under a "manual" waitlist?

Any general answer is much appreciated, but if you have one specifically CS61A/B/C that would be awesome.

I know that people with Freshman/Sophomore standing have more "priority" and that they allow in non-Freshman/Sophomore standing after Phase II is over.

(I'm currently #16 on the manual waitlist).

This was sent out to all CS/EECS students today [Getting Into CS Classes | EECS at UC Berkeley](Getting Into Computer Science Classes - Google Docs)

Basically on a manual waitlist it depends on how many students have priority over you. I once was number 1 on a waitlist for a class, and still had petition to get into the class.
