Yeah, that’s what the CMDA major at Virginia Tech is about… you can do Physics, Economics or Biology as the domain, and with a little work get a CS minor and/or minor in your domain. They also have a program to combine with a masters in CS with one extra year.

It’s way too early for anyone to “match” you to colleges.
It never hurts to start thinking about your interests, though, and what majors and careers they might lead to. If you’re interested in both computational majors and life sciences, you might like programs like these:

But for the most part, you should be focused on finding your groove in high school. A few grade-blemishes in 9th grade won’t hurt you much, but if you want to maximize your college opportunities, a solid GPA going forward should be your top priority.
