Math II and Chemistry quick preparation

I need to take the chemistry and Math II subject tests this next test date, December 5th. Due to poor execution, I have not yet studied for either one (bad, I know, but please save the criticism). I took chemistry my junior year and algebra 2 my freshman year and pre-calculus my sophomore year.

Currently, I know very little chemistry and some of the math. It turns out you use little of pre-calculus in actual calculus. I have an excellent calculator that can do much of the math by itself (it has a CAS). I need to submit the scores to MIT, Columbia, Rice, Cornell, and Duke. I am not submitting to the other colleges because the scores won’t be great. I am applying to major in computer science.

What exactly should I study (content wise) in the limited time I have to best maximize my scores or odds at admissions? Should I focus on the chemistry test I know little about and mostly wing the Math II test? Or should I split it more evenly since the math score will be seen as more important? I have excellent Barron’s books for both subjects. More generally, how much will low scores affect my application? Do they barely consider them, or will it be near automatic rejection if they’re low?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Honestly at this point, you should put all of focus on the math section. The chemistry is actually pretty difficult if you do not know your stuff. If you took AP Chemistry, then I say you can go over concepts. Otherwise, I would just turn my attention to Math. Study up on your algebra 2 and pre-calculus. Look over problem solving with word problems.

I mean scores are only a part of the application process. But if you are so uneasy about the preparation, then you should not send them until after you have seen your scores.
