Jake had problems submitting the online math exam. Error messages etc... Academy e-mailed back this morning. They lost all info and they reset test so he will have to take it over again. Anyone having trouble with it?

Hi there. My daughter also had problems, they reset it once, she did it again, but on one section there was still one problem where there were random symbols where the question should have been. But, as she had done everything else, she just guessed at the answer to that one (so she could close out), sent another email to the administrator, and was done with it. :)

Computers....can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em!

Uh.......... online math exam?

What's that?

Its to test out of precalculus. Supposedly they are experimenting having it online this year instead of during plebe summer.

Personally, i thought the practice test they give you to test your browser was much harder than the actual exam

To test out of PRE-Calculus?

They OFFER Pre-Calculus?

Man...... It's been too long. :(

Where do I find such things?

I agree with bernyb that the practice test was much harder than the actual exams. I took that thing and thought, "Oh shoot, I'll have to take pre-calc at USNA." I was relieved to sort of know what I was doing on the actual exams.

Okay, that's reassuring, because I took the Air Force one and got about half right. It was trigonometric insanity.

Haha, "Air Force one". I'm such a nerd.

Do we get to see our score?

Nope, it does not show you your score. I guess we'll just find out when we get there

Jake was worried when he took the practice test. Thankfully, the actual test wasn't bad. He's still checking to make sure it was received.
