what were the last four questions on the section 10 writing? i literally don’t remember anything, and i’m afraid i just skipped it somehow.

“spotting Kim and I looking at the giant pandas, She squeezed her way between us…blah blah,” I put no error. can some one confirm?

Yep, I had work and creativity.
I talked about the “European Labor Model” where one only works 30 hours a week and has 5 hours of school a day, and Bill Gates, who I said rose to the top of the socioeconomic ladder by leaving the rat race. A lot of BS in the essay, but good vocab and a quote by gates, so maybe 11-12.

^ you had to change I to “me.”

in one of the questions, it asked which one is proper to put in paragraph… i said However.(A) is it true?

Error was I. If you take out Kim it’s much more obvious. Spotting I? Doesn’t work. I was the error

I skipped the las 4 questions by accident. Lol it sucks. Now the highest i can get is like a 760

i feel like i might have skipped them too! does anyone remember at least one question?

Can someone briefly explain how the score is calculated? I used to think you just lost 10 for every wrong answer, but it’s clearly not that simple.
And an estimated score if I missed one and got an 11 (or maybe 12) on the essay?

what about the error ID where it was like - scientists should focus on using power sources in a more productive way rather than finding new power sources or something
was that no error?

I know this is really random, but I don’t feel like making an new thread. If I got 4 wrong for the MC and an 8 on the essay, how does that equate to a 670? That’s what I got in January, but according to a chart that I’m looking at, I should’ve gotten a 700+. Was the curve really that bad? Can someone link me with a raw to scaled score chart?

QwertyNerd, are you sure you only missed four, and got an eight on the essay? That seems to me like a ~720.

“what about the error ID where it was like - scientists should focus on using power sources in a more productive way rather than finding new power sources or something”

Yes there was an error. It like like “instead” - didn’t fit with “also” in the first part of the sentence. The exact words of the sentence may have been different, but the error was along those lines. Definitely an error.

yeah i had uncle’s and that of someone else with a german accent. i actually had “that of…” for number 13 on the last section too.

and for the last question of suitcase i had A, were she to

I’m absolutely positive I only missed four. That’s what my score report says. It says 0 omitted and 4 incorrect. Essay is 4 + 4
The curve must’ve been really bad?..

I did, I was starting to get worried that I was the only one who got that one!

@QwertyNerd:

I just looked at a conversion table from a random SAT in my blue book. You have to remember that 4 incorrect means 5 points off total (because each wrong answer is -1/4 from your raw score). So a 44 raw score and 8 essay matched up to 680.

Does anyone know which writing was experimental?? I got one as the first section and then one towards the middle

For the last question i put “if she would have” or something like that. “were she” is incorrect because “she” is singular.
