i got A^2/3 too, changed it from 3/2 so if it’s wrong i’ll be kicking myself. i forget how i figured it out but wasn’t that the only way it would be directly proportional?

math killed me as usual, missed a few in reading, and pretty sure i beasted writing, too bad no one cares about it…

when do we get our scores? this was my first time taking it, is it a 2-weekish wait like the act?

its simple
area is in meters squared
you want them cubed
so you divide the power by 2 and multiply by 3 as a result you get A^3/2 which not only proportional to the volume but equal to it at all times…

@MrFred

TOTAL surface area
6A’2

@MrFred - My logic, too. Was that choice E? I know I bubbled E.

It’s A^3/2. I am sure.
What about the pyramid one? i got one that looks like a square but like not in line with the square. a tilted square in a normal square

Yeah I got choice A for that one, it’s the smaller square rotated slightly.

^ The four points were the midpoints of the sides of the pyramid not in the plane of the base. It was the smaller square within the square, both unrotated.

@westfordacademy

i put down 385 as well. and for the CR question, i put down serendipity.

i also put serendipity - pretty sure we missed the boat on that one

Both unrotated? but you know that the question said ON THE TRIANGULAR PLANE. not on the edges loool

Therefore, it will have a rotated square in the normal square… since it connects to the 4 lines from the middle of the lines. do you get it?

The question said that there are four points P, Q, R, and S on the midpoints of the EDGES of a pyramid. They are connected by dashes along the triangular faces. Therefore, the answer should be unrotated small square… lol (:

sweetpuri better be right

Definitely unrotated.

@lilmisscola : i got ADAD for last 4 questions of section 10

@skipblooms : i put obstreperous! It is abt people mistaking him cuz of his self-confident and willing to deny nature!
@Konata : 3.84 is right.
@westfordacdemy : mawkishness,165 (i changed it frm 385)
@pawelwison: net income is 1/6 ?
@interfico : between is always followed by “and”

Anyone got the answer “tenuous” in CR? that is not experimental right? Which one is experimental? The one with Venice or Black girl or whales or cave paintings?

And do you remember the question with “right track” in short question which is abt scientific discovery and mentioned a curative herb and says “Why don’t we get on the right track bla bla”… And that question abt chip…I put “small and function” CR IS HARD! i randomly guessed for cave paintings coz i lost time readin and trying to understand the whole passage. grrr

Anyone got 14 in circle diagram? India in circle chart. and n< or = -2 , what did you get? I got 1/n+1 . my friz got 1/n.

I believe the choice was timorous - but that was incorrect. It was something about some scientist speaking and enthralling an audience. I’m positive I got that one through PoE.

Venice was experimental. Small… function was correct. 14, India, and 1/(n+1) were correct. I don’t recall n <= -2.

tenuous was an answer to one, really hoping it was experimental because i changed it last minute. the sentence was about a teacher grading a student’s essay and it lacked evidence. confirmation on this would be lovely!

agreed - it is an unrotated square for sure

ahh bad luck it was mawkishness =( . i really wanted to put serendipity - but it didnt sound like a negative quality. i had no idea in hell what mawkishness was - so i just put that up hoping for a correct answer

ohhh :slight_smile: cave painting was really hard. i chose general agreement in one question.And the black girl…i dun really get what the author was talking abt. But i tot they are happy so i chose A in first question which is about “an impressive account of a significant event” or sth like that!

what about volume and area of cube? 2/3?
