<p>How did you guys refer to UPenn in your supplemental essays? The University of Pennsylvania is so wordy and I'm afraid Penn is too informal. Should I just stick with UPenn?</p>

<p>Honestly, if you are an admissions officer, you won’t really give a damn whether someone calls it “Penn” or “UPenn” … who on earth would care about something so minuscule?</p>
<p>Also I used “UPenn” since that seemed reasonable at the time. Didn’t automatically disqualify my application, whaddya know!</p>
