Meal Plans?

I'm an 18 year old boy who is thin but I can eat. Is the unlimited plan worth the cash or should I go with the other plans?

I got a few very consistent answers to a similar question:

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/cornell-university/1312958-meal-plans-big-decisions.html

Do you think you’re going to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in an all-you-care-to-eat dining hall 7 days a week?
Most students end up using their BRB’s (big red bucks) on campus M-F at an a la carte dining hall (e.g. trillium, goldie’s, synapsis, ivy room, etc.) whereas there’s only one all-you-care-to-eat option on central campus (okenshileds). Most also don’t eat 3 meals on weekends, instead sleeping in and having brunch (RPC’s brunch is the meal highlight of the freshman week) and dinner.
Keep in mind that you can change your meal plan during the first few weeks if you find you have way too many or not enough meals.

14 meals a week it is then!

Agree and if you find that you take off on weekends or play a sport which takes you away from campus, 10 might even be enough. My D tended to eat breakfast in her room and on some days could not get to a dining hall for lunch due to her class schedule. She did eat dinner every night though so for her, 10/ week was perfect.

Remember it does not cost money ( admin fee) to go up in meals ( you do pay more money for the additional meals of course) but it does cost to go down.

And remember as freshman you will use more meals in your first couple of weeks than you will later as you are figuring things out and meeting people over meals.

Does anyone know if they have kitchens in the dorms cause sometimes I like to cook haha

There are kitchens in the dorms. How great they are depends on the dorm and where in the dorm you are. I was in Balch 5-2 and lived around the corner from the kitchen.
