Mechanical Engineering and MBA

I was wondering if after getting my undergrad in ME, would it be more worthwhile getting an MBA or getting my Masters in ME?

An MS in engineering really doesn't get you that much. They're common for people interested in changing fields (e.g. a Chemical Engineer might get an MS EE if he's interested in more technical process control) or for people to make the jump to research. Some international students use the MS as a way to get into the US work force (access to US employers, a recognized US degree, and an indication that they can speak English with proficiency).

But a BS ME + MS ME doesn't really add much value unless the MS school is much better than the BS school (e.g. BS from Alabama followed by an MS from MIT).

An MBA adds value, but not right out of undergrad. There are multiple threads discussing that topic.

But be aware, an MBA and an MS lead to different career choices. Don't pick one because of salary - make sure it's what you want to do.
