I've been accepted to both the University of Notre Dame and NYU Stern. I have an internship set up for the summer with TD Ameritrade. I was wondering which school would be best in pursuing a career in investment banking: ND's Mendoza or NYU Stern?

Stern by a long-shot.

Stern is great and in a perfect location. But Notre Dame is not that bad in comparison. It’s pretty close to Chicago and you will have a FAR more fun time over there than at NYU.

For job prospects though, NYU is definitely up there, not one of the real targets but it I would still consider it one.

Stern has the recruiting of an Ivy League school. Pretty easy decision.

College confidential is funny. Go onto Wall Street Oasis. Stern is a semi-target at best.
