Merit Scholarship - are they automatic if you met the criteria?

<p>If you met the act/sat score, gpa & class rank, will you most automatically recieve the scholarship? The wording is a bit confusing to me. Thanks!</p>

<p>thezs5…No, these scholarships are not automatic based on stats. Most of these are competitive scholarships that anyone who submits an application to OSU is considered for. Certain scholarships like the Presidential and Medalist require a seperate application. Good Luck!!</p>
