Question about scholarships

So OOS here.

My son was admitted yesterday. So is he considered automatically for scholarships like the Trustee, Provost, Maximus and Buckeye without submitting anything further?

And then if he wants to apply for the Presidential or Medalist - he then needs to submit the honors application - correct?

Yea I think he does. You should probably contact the school about it though because I’m not entirely sure!

You are correct. Ohio State will automatically consider those who apply by December 1 for the merit scholarships. If an applicant also wants to be considered for the Presidential or Medalist scholarships, then he needs to submit the Honors application by December 15 (still need to apply to OSU by December 1, though).

Last year my daughter was admitted on November 10, and received notification that she received the Maximus scholarship about four weeks later.
