Scholarships?

Hi, I have a question
I applied in September
I was accepted in November
I submited my application to scholars program and I also recieved the acceptence fee statement, acceptence letter, but I have no yet recieved any scholarship letters.

I know I should be getting some scholarships because I have a 32 ACT, 3.7 GPA, and I am in the top 15% of my class. I live outside of columbus, so I dont think distance factors into when I get the mail. Both my guidance counsler and ohio state reps have told me that i should be getting scholarships, but I haven’t yet. I was wondering if anyone else is in the same position. Also I haven’t submitted my Fafsa (Because some scholarships are need-based) yet, could that be a problem?

^No, FAFSA has nothing to do with whether or not you’re offered merit-based scholarships. You can call the scholarship office and ask them where you stand, although the only merit-based awards I’ve read about so far in these threads are the Maximus and the National Buckeye. Being IS, the Maximus is the only one of these two that you’d be eligible for but you’ve certainly got the stats (32 or higher ACT per the OSU scholarship website). Good Luck!!
