<p>Does anyone have a clue when we will hear?</p>

<p>Still waiting to hear something (anything) about financial aid. Have any RD accepted students received any news yet?</p>

<p>I just called RIT’s financial aid office. Letters will be mailed 3/15.</p>

<p>We haven’t even gotten an admissions decision yet!</p>

<p>Scholarship notifications have been sent out and you guys should be getting yours soon. </p>

<p>Just got a letter today in the mail with RIT Achievement Scholarship worth $10,000 per year.</p>

<p>Presidential scholarship letter arrived in the mail today. Did not get full FA package yet though. DD thinks there’s additional grants for Honors program and art… so we’ll see.</p>

<p>I don’t really understand why I didn’t get a presidential scholarship.</p>

<p>The requirements are 1950 SAT/28 ACT and top 20% of class.</p>

<p>I was top 25% but my SAT is much higher than 1950. Oh well, I guess they really stick to that 20% rule…wasn’t planning on attending anyway.</p>

<p>Still waiting here in CT, received the admissions decisions about 10 days ago I believe. Is there a letter for honors college to or would it have been mentioned in the admissions package?</p>

<p>Still waiting on admissions decision. Emailed our Ad rep yesterday and all she told me is that the deadline is March 15th so we would hear “any day now”. Really?!</p>

<p>My son received his scholarship letter in the mail yesterday. President’s Scholarship.</p>

<p>I believe there is supposed to be a separate letter for the Honors program, but I’m not sure. I was expecting DD to be invited to that and then got to wondering if they have the Honors program for Illustration majors. I guess we’ll find out eventually.</p>

<p>At least for the College of Science, admissions told me that the honors program selection process had not yet taken place. She said the committee would make decisions in April and notify folks by mail.</p>

<p>I had heard earlier that decisions were made by college as well and that basically the top 5% of the admitted students by college would be offered honors.</p>

<p>Geekwriter1 that makes sense hopefully RIT can comeback and offer enough scholarship/aid money to justify not going to uconn for 4 years at only 10k a year and then getting my masters somewhere else.</p>

<p>DS just heard he received the Presidential Scholarship. He is quite pleased.</p>

<p>Finally D got the letter saying she has recd. the Presidential Scholarship. Do the Honors notification come separately?</p>
