Are all of the admitted students early decision or has anyone heard back early action?

Hey! I live in Lawrence and Miami is nothing like KU! If you want more of a state school experience (large student body, lots of sports focused student spirit) then KU is great! Also lots of undergrad research opportunities. Miami is a better small, liberal arts feel school, definitely different from a large state school like KU or Nebraska.
Just a point of clarity - Miami actually offers plentiful undergraduate research opportunities. For example, my niece, a a chemistry major, was recently approached by one of her professors to join a research team. She is thrilled! I agree entirely that the campus feel of Miami is much different from most large state universities. I can’t speak for KU, but the reputation of many large state universities is focused on the strength of their graduate programs - not undergrad. Miami is known predominantly for the strength of its undergraduate programs.
When are merit scholarships decided/offered for the Early Action applicants?
I believe when acceptances come out. I think it will appear when financial aid awards become available
any idea when EA decisions will start to come out?
So the admissions letters will begin to be sent out on Monday? Are they not all sent out at the same time?
They will release all EA decisions by 2/1. It seems as if they typically release around of decisions in December for EA applicants around the time of the ED release. Someone earlier in the thread thought the 19th would be when that round comes out
Two years ago EA on the 18th.
Are the decisions mailed, or will I have to go on the portal?
Is there any specific time of the day that the EA decisions come out? Because I recall someone saying that ED decisions come out exactly at midnight
@vikingmascot123 i am pretty sure that you get an email that says an update regarding your application is posted on the applicant status page. following that, you will get a mailed decision as well. You first know the decision electronically though
Can anyone confirm if anyone recieved admission for EA today?
yeah I haven’t anything regarding that my admission status has changed. If anyone gets anything make sure to post it on here

Nothing for me yet for Early Action… my best friend was accepted Early Decision on December 15th

I saw someone say that it came out on Dec 20th (i.e tomorrow); so, fingers crossed
