<p>okay, so i have 2 send in my midyear report & im a 2nd deadline applicant to UNC.
One of my grades is a 76(D in Pre-Calc!) I really struggled w/ that class & I hate myself for getting that grade. All my other grades are good, I have an AP class & 2 other Honors classes 1st sem. I’m really hoping the D doesn’t affect me because 2nd sem. im taking AP Calc, & I’ll probably get a B. </p>
<p>And not to mention:
I’m an African-American Male(idk if that helps 2 much), I have a LOAD of extracurriculars, I volunteer, I have a part-time job, & I hold 3 leadership positions. My essays were pretty good too. Just hoping that UNC sees the character of me, not the stupid 76!</p>
<p>lol yea aron im with you. I slacked off on 2nd quarter, so I lost my A’s in 2 of my classes.</p>
<p>aron if it makes you feel any better I have a 78 in my pre-cal. 
A’s and B’s in everything ese though.</p>

<p>second semester I earned a C in AP Econ and C AP Stats. I hope this doesn’t destroy my chances. All my other class are AP and I earned A’s and B’s. My GPA did increase, however.</p>
