Mid year reports?

For college are mid year reports very important? I have only gotten one B and that was junior year in Calculus AB, but I have been having some health issues and I have 3 high B’s out of 5 classes, 4 of which are AP. Is that really bad?

Mid-year reports are important in some cases. Mostly if you’ve already been admitted. I think you’re freaking out a little too much, most colleges won’t care unless your gpa or grade consistency looks like it’s going to fall dramatically or if you get D’s or F’s.

Are you asking as an EA or ED applicant? They would only come into play if you were deferred or were on the cut line. If you are an RD applicant then they will be known. Probably not a big issue except at highly competitive schools.

They’re only meaningful if you’ve already been admitted in the very rare situation that you get a D or lower. Otherwise they mean nothing

For regular decision, they are another set of grades that go into the decision. I’d say they’re much more meaningful in that situation.
