<p>I have already submitted my mid-year report that my G.C. filled out and have submitted a transcript to American months ago. When looking over at the website, it states that mid year grades are needed asap-does this mean that I JUST need to submit the Mid-year report or do I have to send in an addition transcript (this one listing semester grades) in addition to the report!!!???</p>

<p>Was it a mid-year report or mid-term report? If it was a true mid year then I would call or email admissions tomorrow and ask. If it was a mid-term report, then I would send the mid year when you get it (I just got my mid year yesterday). Also, to really answer your question, I think the report would be enough, not resending the transcript. We have to go through this whole process to send transcripts and my school has said nothing of repeating the process for mid year reports.</p>
<p>Sorry for the confusion, it was indeed a mid-year (got it two days ago); I meant to say I just got the transcript months ago, nothing more.</p>

Freshman applicants: send your Mid-Year Report. Have your school counselor complete, sign and submit the Mid-Year Report along with your official mid-year grades as soon as they become available.</p>
