Mideast Political Science College

*I meant Mid-Atlantic in the title.

I'm a high school senior considering going to college for Poli Sci. I live in Pennsylvania, about an hour and a half north of philly and would prefer a college within three hours or so of here, but would be willing to go farther if it seems worth it. Cost is a consideration. My grades and test scores are fairly good:
Sat reading: 740
sat math: 650
Sat writing: 660
GPA: 3.9
Class rank: 15/143
I'm taking some SAT subject tests in a couple weeks, and the main SAT again a month after that.
So what are some good schools in the region that I could get in to?

Colgate, Hamilton, Lehigh and the like.

Boston College, Fordham, Holy Cross, Boston University, Washington and Lee, Richmond.

^ LOL, most of those aren’t in the mid-atlantic.

Gettysburg and Franklin & Marshall both have strong political science programs and are within your radius. However, both are very expensive. You may want to look at some of your in state university options. Penn State and Pitt both have very strong overall academic reputations but I could not comment on their political science programs. Good luck to you.
