midyear grades

hey guys do you know when were supposed to have midyear grades turned in by? on the website it says "february" but beyond that is unclear? is there a specific date?

also how important are these grades? i mean, are they just to make sure youre not getting any C's, D's, or F's? I have never gotten a B in all of high school, and this semester I am taking 6 AP's and working a job and managing 3 clubs, and i guess i couldnt handle all of it, so I'm probabaly getting 2-3 B's in my AP classes. Is this really bad? Could they reject my app solely because these grades are dropping, or are midyear reports more of just a formality? Do you think this can be considered "senioritis"? o.O

thanks for your help!

They certainly wouldn't want anythign below a B. If your grades are dropping, they might not like that, but they should take into account that you are taking harder classes. I wouldn't worry about it now, since grades are pretty much final by now. There's nothing you can really do to raise grades now, so don't stress out too much.

I don't know if there's a date, but I know they have to take into account that most high schools vary in the time it takes to compile transcripts.
