Minimum GPA and ACT/SAT

What would say would be the absolute minimum GPA and SAT/ACT to have a decent shot at a BS/MD program that isn't from an Ivy or top 20?

Just because it isn’t from an Ivy or top 20 doesn’t mean it will be easy, any BS/MD program will be EXTREMELY competitive - top of the class, outstanding SAT’s, and excellent extracurriculars. It’s difficult to give a threshold for GPA & SAT/ACT, as there are too many other factors to weigh in.

It varies and might greatly depend on your residency at some state schools - in-state vs OOS. For example, it is extremely hard to get into NEUOCOM for OOS (3 - 5 spots out of 105). But not so fr in-state, since it is the largest bs/md program in a state of Ohio. It also depends on number of programs in your state. It is reasonable to assume that you have a decent shot at state school bs/md with GPA=4.0uw and ACT=33 (real life example, anecdotal evidence, non-statistical fact). Since there is no quarantee, apply widely and also consider regular route.
