Hey, so I kind of hate it when people complain about how dropping from an A+ to an A is going to hurt them, but I think my problem is a teeny bit bigger (only be like, a millimeter, but trust me, I'm not freaking out AT ALL)

So I've always been a straight A student (which I classify as anythign from an A- to an A+). But this year (sophomore year), I'll be getting two B+s: one in Math 3 Honors (mostly Trig) and one in Chemistry Honors (this one is annoying because it is only because I bombed the final).
Math and Science have never been my strong points, and I'll most likely be a history or social science related major.

I've had two years of high school grades before this (I took high school credit courses in 8th grade, which show up on the transcript), and they're all in the A range. I'm pretty sure its not enough to throw me from top 10%, because they are honors classes (my cumulative GPA before this year was a 4.22, an the lowest in the top ten was a 4.02), but I think it ruins my chances of top 5%.

Will this slight drop mean anything, or is it insignificant? I mean, do you think it would hurt my chances at any college I would have gotten in to if the Bs had been As instead?

Thanks.
