So - I just decided just recently dcided that I really want to go to USC - but I missed the scholarship deadline of Dec 1st.

Am I still qualified for scholarships at all if I apply at the regular deadline?
Is there any financial aide available? I know I definitely won't be able to attend if I don't have any money.

You will not be eligible for the Trustee, Pres or Deans merit scholarships, but I believe you can still apply to the various Trojan ones (separate applications).

You will certainly be eligible for financial aid.

Kayvoo,
It is good news you are interested in becoming part of the Trojan family. I am sorry to read you missed the scholarship deadline. However, there are local scholarships such as Rotary, Kiwanis, religious, ethnic backgroud, military, civic and private groups such as Elks or Masonic groups. Search these out. Some may not give enormous amounts, but these add up if you are highly qualified and take the time to fill out the applications.

Once you enroll at SC (we shall think positively) there are scholarships for enrolled students in some of the schools such as Marshall.

Are you expecting to be a National Merit Scholar? If you are admitted and SC is your first choice college (indicated on the form) you will receive funds for half your tuition each semester. You must keep to the scholarship standard and take the required number of credits.

Be sure to meet all the deadlines for financial aid.
