Missing Material

<p>I have a quick question/concern. I just got an email from MIT regarding missing material. My concern is that they have received my transcript but not my Evaluation A, and both were sent virtually in the same envelope. Should I ask my evaluator to resend it?</p>

<p>Yes, but have them fax it. You need to sign the cover sheet with the waiver and give it to the evaluator.</p>
