I'm applying to Princeton SCEA and I just received an e-mail with subject " Missing Princeton Financial Aid Application" from the Princeton Financial Aid Office. Does this e-mail mean anything besides the fact that I just didn't turn in on time? I know in years past there was some correlation between this e-mail and acceptance but this is early action and it seems awfully early for them to know who they've accepted already.... Thoughts?

It means just that. No hidden agenda.

I received the same email and also noticed that there was a correction between email receipt and admission in years past… I still have no hopes about getting in though, especially seeing how early it is.
