I’m tracking my daughter’s app status, and it’s showing they don’t have her HS transcript although it was delivered electronically and I was notified that it had been downloaded by the transmitting company. Any experience with this?
Even though they receive it electronically they still may need to manually match it into the right student’s file. You could always call and ask if it has been many days since it was transmitted. They are super nice on the phone.
I called, and they said it could take a week.
