I accidentally clicked yes on the question asking if I was Latino/Hispanic, I emailed the UC system for it, will it affect my chances or any chance have my admission revoked?

UC’s do not consider Race/Ethnicity in their application review. It will not be an issue.

It is only used for reporting to the federal government. Not a big deal.
I did this same thing (I clicked yes to being hispanic and latino when I am Asian only) and I just realized today. I got into UCLA and Berkeley and I was about to confirm my enrollment at UCLA when I noticed the mistake. Will my admission offer be rescinded?
No your admission will not be rescinded but if you want set your record straight, email admissions about the error.
