Mistake!

Ok, so when I was filling out my MIT app over Christmas break and I came to the Awards section I put down that I placed 1st in my school for a national math contest.... but then when I got back to school and confirmed with my teacher I found out it was actually second place.... so I'm assuming I should email them and tell them that, right? I've already noticed a few other mistakes on there (for example I put 2007 instead of 2008 or what not) and sent those corrections in.... is this going to make them question my honesty?

If you said you placed 1st and you really placed 35th, then they'd question your honesty. The fact that you sent in those small corrections so your application was completely honest shows you care.
