Time is passing by fast

Course 8 or 18 for me hopefully I feel like MIT’s environment would be perfect for me, but let me not get ahead of myself…

Any major which allows me to build a time machine or teleportation device

Dude…mrwongburger That is soo awesome…I wrote about me wanting to build one in my essays:D

HELP.
I realized I didn’t submit my parents’ tax forms. Is it too late to be qualified for financial aid or no? :(

A time machine ? If time travel gets discovered someday, I don’t think we could just use a machine to time travel (even if I really like the idea too ^_^). Probably more something like an Einstein Rosen bridge.
And a teleportation device ? Well, we know that some quantum particles can synchronize in real time while being separated by a great distance… So maybe ? But teleportation would mean disintegration and re-construction of the teleported object… I don’t think the human body would tolerate this
I’d love to work on another Sci-Fi thing : a nanosuit (like in Crysis) ! [Institute for Soldier Nanotechnologies @ MIT](http://web.mit.edu/isn/)

No, it’s not too late at all. It’s possible your financial aid package might get to you a few days later than the packages of people who turned in all their forms on time, but it won’t impact your eligibility for aid.

Tbh, I gave up on believing in teleportation after hearing about the deconstruction of human matter, albeit from the mouth of Shelton Cooper…

Haha…lol really!??:D

Hahaha, I know, that’s sad !
I know because I asked (many times!!) my physics teacher about it
We also had a 2 hours long conversation about lightsabers ! :D

How are notifications made - MyMIT, email, US mail???

Notifications come through a separate website

It will be through decisions.mit.edu I think

ONE WEEK! #Holla

Three days?!? Gettin down to the line :///

today’s the day

How many MIT applicants are excited to take the AIME I tomorrow? (in addition to checking our decisions, of course!)

lol I’m taking the second AIME just because I don’t wanna be stressed by both AIME and MIT decisions.
Edit: hey Baylife I think we are fb friends =D

less than 15 hours for you guys… best of luck!!!

ps - i didnt apply

@BAYLIFE I’m taking the AIME I for the first time today I also have another shorter math competition in about 30 minutes… Haven’t even had time to stress about MIT decisions yet :p
