<p>I'm applying early action to MIT and I just wanted this perfectly clarified...</p>
<p>1) Do I need to send my SAT scores in by November 1st?
1b) If I do, do they need to be at your office by November 1st?</p>
<p>2) Does my school need to have everything sent in/postmarked my November 1st?</p>
<p>3) If i'm getting an additional outside of school recommendation, is it okay if its postmarked a day or two late?</p>

<li><p>Just send official scores regular delivery soon. MIT takes Nov test scores for EA so if you order yours sent by early November you will be fine. If all you have is prior scores, it doesn’t take any real effort to go on-line at CB and send them now so do it and stop putting it off. If you are waiting for October score, send all as soon as it comes out. MIT will be reviewing files for admission as early as first week in Nov and your file needs to be complete to be reviewed so if you want to be earlier rather than later in the review line get the scores in.</p></li>
<li><p>Everything that is required except test scores.</p></li>
<li><p>If it is an “extra” rec in additon to two required, you are fine with day or two after because it is not “required.”</p></li>
