<p>oh that's cool that you are from Jamaica. I'm half Jamaican. Anyways, compared to the states from the other MIT MITES applicants you look pretty good. Also the fact that your parents didn't go to college and that you will possibly be the first to graduate is a big thing that they consider when it comes to admissions. (So I have heard) Are you a U.S. citizen?

<p>OMG really me too. I'm applying to Questbridge. I didn't think a lot of people knew about it. Sry I got a little too excited over that, I just never heard anyone else talk about it. Nobody really knows about it. I'm applying to the Penn SAAST Summer program, and I'm trying to apply to AIM (Academically interested minorities)its mostly a science program. But I tried tolook for Summer programs at the University of Florida and I didn't find any. By the way do you live in Florida?</p>
