<p>You must reapply for need-based aid each year by submitting the FAFSA. If your income and financial circumstances don’t fluctuate too much from year-to-year, you can ASSUME that unless their formula drastically changes, you should get similar aid each year. Further, UM grades are taken into account after your first year for need-based aid.</p>
