<p>Since NYC is very very tight in parking, i wanted to know where students, along with their family, park? Is there a designated parking lot? What if the parking spaces next to the dorms are all taken up? Also, what if my family wants to come up to my room to help me unpack and stuff? Thanks</p>
<p>the instructions we’ve been given are that there will be space cleared in front of the dorms to unload, so I think that someone in your family will have to park the car and then come back to help with the room. </p>
<p>You will likely be putting your car in a garage, not on the street. NYC garages are expensive but a cost of doing business in the city, so to speak. I’d imagine there’s either a list of garages near your dorm on the website, or else they’ll give you that info when you arrive.</p>
