<p>hey i am currently vice president of our school chapter. Though our speeches were far from formal, i think you should just talk about your love for math and think of some skills you have that you can bring to your chapter to help it "function" better. For example, i love making websites, so i stated one for our chapter and it is very helpful for future high schooler night and other activities like that.</p>
<p>Free food. Your speech should be all about free food.</p>
