Black, Hispanic, Asain, and other minorities will be arriving tomorrow and stay through tuesday afternoon. I was a scholar and had an amazing time, and it was one of the main reasons why I decided to come to Penn. I’m willing to answer any questions about it that the 2010 scholars have: about events during the visit, what penn is like for minority students, anything about the event you need to know just ask…I even have the schedule of events! So post and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi! I will be attending tomorrow and after looking at the schedule it looks quite packed. Is it strictly enforced or will we have time to roam around by ourselves. Also, it seems as though the different schools are segregated..can we hang out together (I know some people going to college). Also, is there a curfew say 10pm or do they treat us more like college kids.
Thanks :)

I just arrived in Philly from San Diego. I will be at the previews tomorrow, monday and tuesday.

You're "SUPPOSE" to go to all the events BUT you do have lots of free time to socialize, especially at the talent show, movie on sunday, the party on monday night, all of monday afternoon, the Big Bus Tour of Philly on Tuesday, etc. Many of the events on Monday afternoon are optional, and I remember several people socializing then. Trust me, the events are worth going to and there is PLENTY of time to meet people.

There is NO curfew, no one is babysitting you all just don't do something that will get you in trouble. HAVE LOTS OF FUN!
