Multiple Colleges and GPA

So I am currently graduating with my A.A. from my C.C. (Community College) with a 4.0 GPA, Valedictorian and Phi Theta Kappa member. Attended for four semesters. So I am quite happy with myself. But it wasn't always this way. When I first got out of highschool (with a 2.0 GPA) I attended my cheapest state college and enrolled in the film studies program (which focused more on theory then film...ugh young naive me) I stayed for two semesters and got a 1.27 GPA. I then left and when to my local C.C. and got a 3.4 GPA (But I dropped/ FN for three classes so eh.) Then reality hit me in an awe inspiring story (Quite touching actual) and many life experiences that showed me the errors of my ways. So I went to my current C.C. and studied hard to be where I am at. I want to become a Producer/Director and want to get into one of the more well known film programs but competition is fierce (Hence the 4.0, phi theta kappa, multiple clubs etc.) So when applying as a transfer will my GPA be counted as 4.0 or do I have to add my previous colleges. Also when applying for scholarships do they request my cumulative GPA or the GPA I graduated with? Thank you

Congratulations, your story is truly inspiring… you do have to send all transcripts from all schools you attended, but the good news is because there are time gaps and you have clearly matured they will most probably focus on that 4.0!

Thanks for the reply, that lessens my worries. Although I am curious about admission some schools want a 3.4+ to get into some of there programs. Even though I made a huge 180 adding all my grades (even 4 semesters or 4.0’s) with my previous academic record my cumulative GPA is only 3.1 at best (3.0 un-weighted). So then is this the GPA schools will look at instead of the 4.0, and if so am I no longer eligible for merit based scholarships (needing 3.5 or above)?
