<p>Anyone applying to music business? What do you think it'll take to get accepted?</p>
<p>I applied ED for music business and I got accepted. I have a 29 ACT and although I have a 3.2 GPA, I go to the number 1 (or 2 depending on the source…) highschool in my state. I have only taken AP Photography (5) and AP Psych (No score yet). </p>
<p>I think that you really have to show that you’re truely interested in the business through the music business supplements. Write a really good essay and hopefully you have some ECs that show your interest in music (I even participated in NYU’s summer music business program). I really think that’s how I got accepted.</p>

<p>That’s good. I’m similar to you. I go to a fantastic private school, have pretty good GPA and test scores, but mostly I am clearly dedicated to music business. I wish I had known about the program earlier so I could’ve done that program! Hopefully we’ll be in the same class next year!</p>
