<p>I have recieved an appointment to the class of 2013 and have chosen to accept. (Hell yea!)</p>
<p>Anyway, I was sent a letter that said I could bring a musical instrument with me. However, if I want to bring my guitar...and of course I would like to bring my amp...is this possible or will they not allow that? And if so, when do I bring it with me? On R-Day? or will I have to get my parents to mail it to me after CBT? Thanks in advance!</p>
<p>Highly unlikely you will have time to play your guitar during beast. I would leave both the guitar & amp at home until at least ac year. Even then you will probably need permission.</p>
<p>Seriously, I don’t know about an electric guitar and amp. An acoustic one would be okay.
New Cadets may certainly bring musical instruments with them to beast. You will have to carry it around for a good part of the day with all your issued items though.</p>
<p>At the end of beast - the night before the Marchback is a talent show. There are New Cadets who bring their guitars and play in the talent show.</p>
